He was given the opportunity to orally present his poster entitled “Short-Circuit Characterization of 10kV 10A 4H-SiC MOSFET”. For this he received an award for the best presentation during the Technical Session. His work was done together with Szymon BÄ™czkowski, Christian Uhrenfeldt, Stig Munk-Nielsen, Tamas Kerekes and Remus Teodorescu.

During the Dialog Technical session he presented a paper for the Poster session, entitled “Effects of auxiliary source connections in multichip power module”. For this work he received an award for the best poster presentation. His work was done together with Helong Li, Stig Munk-Nielsen, Szymon Beczkowski and Xiongfei Wang.

APEC is one of the biggest leading power electronics conference and exposition worldwide where more than 40 different counties submit their digests in this annual conference. Emanuel-Petre feels very grateful to be selected as one of winners for both best Oral Presentation and best Poster Presentation in such outstanding conference. This conference allowed him to get in contact and exchange knowledge with experts from the high voltage SiC community.
